to youl Home heating with oil is now firmly established, and
is growing year by year. A furnace which is scientifically
designed and constructed to burn oil is far more efficient and
satisfactory in every way than the addition of an oil burner
to an old, general-purpose furnace. For care-free heating,
for the utmost in economy and efficiency from every gallon of
oil burned, this new "Climot-Maicer" is the last word.

A few years ago when rationing
was stricty in force, most Canadian
housewives learned low to Stretch
meat, Today they can put those well-
karma lessons to good use again.
Although meat is not rationed, every
pound has to be stretched as far as
possible because ,t is a costly item.
The home economists of the Co:nsum-
era Section. Canada Department of
Agriculture know that it is very dif-
ficult to plan meals \vithouz meat so
they feel that Mrs. Homemaker
should put forth a special effort to
make the most of the meat which her
budget allows her. Thy say that
one of the most important points in
making the most of meat is to know
how to buy meat, that Is to know the
various cuts and grades of me,:t.
They suggest that fu'' the homemak-
er who does not know the cuts of
meat she shoul I write. to the Depart-
ment of Agriculture, Ottawa, and ask
for the free moat charts which show

An innovation in our school is the
