KEY TO HAPPINESS FOR KINGSTON CITIZENS
—Central press Canadian
A $590,000 project started several years ago at Kingston, Ont„ has
at long last been completed. Long overdue, city's community centre is
fr-,w ready for use for agricultural shows, hockey, basketball game%
circuses and other similar public events. Aided by $300,000 grant from
federal and provincial governments and donations of $150,000 by city,
$39,000 by Frontenac county, and $100,000 by residents, Kingston has at
long last seen realization of its most cherished dream. At official open-
ing community centre keys„ such as one held by Enid Johnson, were
distributed to prominent guests attending ceremony.

Our town is different. We are one of the
few tobacco centres in Canada. Rich crops are grown
and cured around our friendly community.
Yet, in many ways, we are the same as any other
town. We have the same kind of people .
hard working, honest, friendly people

He has helped us with many of our problems.
Yes, our town is different but the people are the same.
And the men and women at your Commerce branch
