Market active at higher prices at Brussels The marketat Brusselsstock- yards traded actively at higher prices on all classes of cattle. Pigs sold steady. There were 1019 cattle and 834 pigs on offer. Choice steers soldfrom $83 to $87 with sales to $91. Good steers were $80 to $83. A steer consigned by Maple Emblem Farms of Dungannon weighing 1300 lbs. topped the market at $91. with their offering of 27 steers averaging 1287 lbs. selling for an overall price of $85.94. Four head consigned by Wilhem Bros, of RR 4, Walkerton averaging 1305 lbs. sold for an overall price of$86.70with a sale at $89. Four steers consigned by Underwood Farms of RR 1, Wingham averaging 1210 lbs. for $88.35withtheirlotofl3 steers averaging 1227 lbs. selling for $86.53. Thirty-seven heavy steers con­ signed by Hodgins Bros, of RR 8, Parkhill averaging 1361 lbs. sold for an overall price of $86.07 with a sale at $88.
