This agreement to be in effect a period of the next ten years, these privileges to be given in lieu of the payment of the sum of $1500.00 to be paid by the Police Village for the remodelling of the Hall, The Village Trustees he allowed free use of this Hall for 3 meetings each year to conduct Village business, Carried.
