Misses Ruth and Jean Mitchell, and Mrs. Fred Rush of Toronto, were week-end , guests with Mr. and Mrs. Jas. H. Mitchell. Miss Flora McCallum and Mrs. Geo. Olver,..were in London on Monday, at- tending the funeral of their cousin, Mrs. Harvey Watson. Mr, and Mrs. Morley Kirkland. re- turned to their home in Fort Erie, af- ter spending two weeks vacation at their cottage, Inverhuron. Mrs. 1Robt. Clark and family are visiting her parents, Grand Falls, New- foundland, and also•will spend a week in Montreal with Mr. Clark's parents. Mr, and Mrs. John Blake and Miss Bernice, have returned home from their vacation which included a visit to Ottawa and a cruise of the 1000 Islands. Mr. Ralph Baird of New York, Mr. and Mrs, Alex Baird of Flint, Mich., and Mr. James Baird of Hamilton, visited at the home of Mr, and Mrs. George Baird. Jerry and Jack Brophy who spent the week-end at their home here, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Wallar of Lon- don and Mr. Howard Wallar of Kit- chener, spent the week-end at the home of Mrs. S. Hare.
