Jerry Knechtel of Hanover, Past
National President, to present the
Charter to the Wingham Club through
President Art Loucks. In his re-
marks Kin Jerry reminded the new
club of the responsibilities which go
with the Charter, He also expressed
the hope that the Wingham Kinsmen
will live up to the aims and ideals of
all Kinsmen, Then Kin Ken Smylie,
Immediate Past District Governor in-
stalled the Charter Officers of the
Wingham Kinsmen, also outlining
heavy responsibilities which go with
their work. They are the nerve centre
of the club, and it is also to them
that most of the grief comes, when it
does arise. Kin Ken congratulated the
club on their splendid choice for the
executive body, and then the club as a
whole was presented with the Kin

by Kin Chuck Peacock, Past District
Governor of Owen Sound. This was
followed by an interesting address by
Kin Andy Johnson, Governor of Dis-
trict Number One of Windsor. In his
remarks, lie welcomed officially the
new Wingham Club into the body of
Kintmen Clubs, and extended best
wishes for the future. In connetcion
with this President Art Loucks of
Wingham, replied, and thanked the
speakers for their kind remarks. This
was followed by the reading of con-
gratulatory telegrams received from
Kinsmen Clubs front Vancouver, to
Yarmouth, N.S. Then the distinguish-
ed guests were called on and they pre-
sented greetings on behalf of their
organizations, in well-chosen words.
There was the call for adjournment,
and their members and their guests
repaired to the Royal T near Wing-
ham, for fellowship, refreshments and
entertainment. Much of the credit for
the success of the Wingham Kinsmen
Thursday-

the forum being represented.
