Book Store Change—The business
of the Big Book Store has been pur-
chased by Messrs. Elliott and Walley
and the business will be continued in
the old stand.
Lower Wingham—Complaints re-
garding juvenile offenders violating
the law in respect to bathing in the
Maitland have been rather numerous
of late and Provincial Constable Phi;)-
pen had been on the lookout for the
guilty ones. A party of them were
recently rounded up, but were let go
upon solemnly promising not to repeat
the offence. Boys should remember
that the law is absolutely prohibitive,
against bathing in a nude state within
• sight of any dw elling, and even with
bathing suits on are to be at least 100
feet from any public road or bridge.
