of Toronto, were week-end guests of
Mr. Henselwood.
Mr, and Mrs: Stanley Black and
family, spent Sunday with Mr. and
Mrs. L. Vincent at Byron.
Mrs. K. Cameron of Lucknow, has
purchased the property of the, late
Mrs. William Geddes.
Messrs. Jack and Gibson Armstrong
were home for the week-end.

family of Paris, and Mr. and Mrs.
John McLean and daughter, Joan,
were Sunday guests of, Rev. W. j.
and Mrs. Moores, at the Manse.
Rev, W, J. and Mrs. Moores ex-
pect to leave for their holidays on
Wednesday, August 4th. The arrange-
ment, for the pulpit supply will be the
same as in former years. Brick Church
for one Sunday. The Triple class of
the Belgrave Sunday School will have
charge for one Sunday, and the Pulpit
Supply Committee will secure supply
for one Sunday.' The first Sunday,
August 8th, will be considered a free
Sunday.
Marilyn Moores who was a guest of
her friend, Joan McLean at Lucan, re-
turned home to Belgrave on Sunday.
The "Happy Hearts" Mission Band
of the United) Church will hold their
annual picnic at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Earl Anderson on Thursday af-
ternaoon, July 22nd., at 2.30 p.m. It is
hoped that a special effort Lwill be
made for all members to be present.
Misses Verna Johnston and Kay
Lrutcher of London, visited with Miss

Cochrane, who spent the past month
visiting friends in this vicinity have
returned to their home.
Dr. Annie Ross of Toronto, is vis-

relieving at Waterdown this week.

the United Church held a tea at the

returned home after spending two
