H. Groskorth, Paul and Karen were at Toronto at the week-end where they oattended the wedding of her brother, George Ron- ald Bagg son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bagg of Unionville, and Miss Helen Kathleen Watson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. K, B. Watson of Unionville. The marriage was solemnized on Friday evening at 7,30 in North Broadview United Church, Toronto, by Rev. Mr. Bell and little Karen, was the flower girl. The young couple are spending their honeymoon in a tour of the Laurentian Hills. ' Mri. Andrew Fox who spent the winter months with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Patten of St. Georges, returned to her home here on Tuesday last, accomp- anied by Miss Isabel Fox of Kincar- dine, Mr. Gordon Rintoul has purchased the former Clow home at the East of the village, from Mrs. Walter Mason of Blyth, Quite a few of the E. Wawanosh farmers have been using the new hay baler outfits this haying season, One man baled 1000 bales in five hours. The weather last week was spendid for this kind of haying. Yvonne and Glenn Majury, who were spending last week with their aunt, were called home on 'Wednesday on account of the sudden passing of their grandmother, Mrs. Majury from a stroke. Mr. and Mrs. Coultes at- 'tended the funeral at Paisley on Fri- day, ' Mr. and Mrs. E. II, Groskorth and !children spent a few days this week at Tobermory. M. Wawanosh relatives over the week-end.
