Caley continued his "Studies of the Old Testament". Mrs. Robt. Gibson, Forclwich, told the girls about shell- craft and displayed many attractive articles made from shells. At the close refreshments were served by the hos- tess. Young People's Union The Young People's Union held their regular meeting in the basement of the church with an attendance of 15. The meeting opened with the hymns, "Jesus Keep Me Near the Crass" and "Rescue the Perishing." Following the business period in charge of the President, David. Neilson, the Mission Convener, Donald Irwin gave the Call to Worship. A poem was read by Doreen Harrison and Mr. E. Farrish led in prayer. The topic was given. y the convener and the Scripture taken front Hebrews 6, verses 1-12 was read by David Neilson, which was fol- lowed with a piano solo, "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, by Geo. Gregg. Hymn "Behold a Stranger at the Door", was Ong after -which Mr, FarriSh gave a very interesting talk on "Having a Principle." To Visit Gorrie When the National Film Board Pic- tures are being shown on the evening of March 16th, it is expected the Red Cross Mtn entitled "Great in the Peace" will also be on the screen. Mr. Nelson, Asst, Agric. Rep. of Clinton, will be present to speak in regard to forming a Junior Farmer's Club.
