Filling of the Holy Spirit".
Although we receive all of
God, The Holy Spirit when
we become a Christian, we
can prevent,the Holy Spirit
from controlling our thinking
and our actions by choosing
to make ourselves Lord in
our lives rather than God.
Each Christian needs to
recognize his responsibility
to continuously submit to the
Spirit of God in order to
resist temptation, and in
order to become more
Christlike.

out of fashion. Think of the

then have to haul themselves

Dear Mr. Editor:- '
Recently I was in your
town for a couple of days and
did quite a bit of walking
around.
There was one thing that
struck the: the unique
phenomenon of a bowling
green right in the centre of
the town.
To me that is a civilized
feature.
A town with a boWling
green in the middle of it,
right on the main street,
must be a town that is
concerned with more than
just development.
Congratulations.
I hope to return to Exeter
in the summertime and
actually see people bowling
in the middle of town.
Yours sincerely,
Charles Hayter
