Police "Show Band" at Blyth Methorial Hall, Sun-, day, November 30 at 2:30 This talented group of 1. musicians has the sound any listener enjoys and the musicians have a lot of fun producing it. The Show‘ Band is an integral part of the world famous RCMP Concert Band stationed in. Ottawa. The role of the Showc Band is to support the Crime Prevention Program of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police by entertaining through music. Each perfor- mance requires a sparkling repertoire, a lively perfor- mance and a lively sound. Featured soloists may be some of the finest talents in Canada and include people like Don Bishop on trumpet and flugel, Charlie Hen- dricks and Rash Ledger in vocal numbers, Randy Dem- mon, keyboard, Denis Ouellet on drums, and Michel DesMarchais on bass. As well as being the leader of the Show Band, Charlie Hendricks will also be your Master of Ceremonies.
