Butter Thins Cookies
2-3 c. flour (all purpose)
1/2 tsp, soda
tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream or buttermilk
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well! Stir
in dry ingredients, mix well and chill 2-3 hours. Roll
out 1/8" thick and cut. Bake 350 deg. Time - 6-8 minutes.

Fruit Cookies
1 c, raisins •
c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening or (butter and lard mixed)
1 egg (beaten)
4 tablespoons sweet milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt
All-purpose flour, (2 to 3 cups)
1 tsp. nutmeg or mixed spice
Seed and chop raisins finely, flour and set aside. Beat
sugar and shortening (butter, lard mixed). When mix-
ed add beaten egg, sweet milk, baking soda and salt,
enough flour to make a stiff batter, add floured raisins,
nutmeg or mixed spice, make a stiff dough and roll
and cut, bake in a quick oven 375 to 400 degrees.

2 c, margarine
6 c. peanut butter
18 c. oatmeal
1 pound chocolate chips
1 lb. M & M candies
place on cookie "sheet. Bake at 350

Ginger Cookies
1 c: margarine or butter 3 c. all-purpose flour.
2 c. white sugar 1 tsp soda
2 eggs 1 tsp.,ginger
1/2 c. molasses salt
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and molasses.
Mix well. Add flour, soda, ginger and salt. Stir well
then chill mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake 350 deg. for 12 mins.
