Beat eggs and sugar well (5 minutes) add oil, beat well, add dry ingredients and mix, stir in apples and nuts. Spread in greased and floured pan 9 x 13. Bake 1 hour at 350 degree. Frost while warm with thin confec- tioners sugar icing, or served with whipped cream or Ice Cream. Add 5 cups Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, Branflakes combined. Pour into greased pan. Press lightly and cut into squares when cool. Raspberry Bars Add: 11/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 11/2 c. Quaker oats Mix ingredients well, press 1/2 of mixture into 13" x 9" pan.
