Apple Scrap*
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups apples (pared and sliced) or
1 can Apple pie filling (19 oz.)
Beat eggs and sugar well (5 minutes) add oil, beat
well, add dry ingredients and mix, stir in apples and
nuts. Spread in greased and floured pan 9 x 13. Bake 1
hour at 350 degree. Frost while warm with thin confec-
tioners sugar icing, or served with whipped cream or
Ice Cream.

Crispy Crunch
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. corn syrup.
Place over low heat and melt until bubbly. Add 5 cups
Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, Branflakes combined. Pour
into greased pan. Press lightly and cut into squares
when cool.

Peach Custard Squares
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
tsp. salt
Add, 2 tbsp. sour cream, Mix, press in bottom and
sides of 8 x 8 pan, Bake at 425 deg. F. for 10 minutes,
Slice peaches on top.
Mix:
3 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp, flour
1/3 c. sour cream
Pour over peaches. Continue baking till done,

Raspberry Bars
Add:
11/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
11/2 c. Quaker oats
Mix ingredients well, press 1/2 of mixture into 13" x 9"
pan. Spread raspberry jam on top, then add the other
% of mixture on top. Bake 375 deg. for 25 minutes.
