TOWNSHIP OF BOSANQUET RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW 48 OF 1980 Being a By-law to amend By-law 26 of 1979. Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bosanquet passed a comprehensive Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 26 of 1979 on the 10th day of June, 1979; and VVherebs the Council deems it desirable and in the public in- terest to amend the said By-law; and Whereas this By-law conforms to the Official Plan of the Bosanquet Planning Area; Now, therefore, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bosanquet enacts as follows: 1. That Section 6.2.4 b) is hereby repealed and replaced with the following: "6.2.4 b) Height 10 metres maximum" 2. That Section 8.1.2 c)ii) and 8.1.2 c)iii) are hereby repealed and replaced with the following: "8.1.2 c)ii) Side Yard 4.5 metres minimum 8.1.2 c)iii) Rear Yard 9 metres minimum" 3. That Section 8.2.2 a) is hereby repealed and replaced with the following: "8.2.2 a) 1400 square metres minimum." 4. Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bosanquet enacts as follows: 1. That Section 3 of By-law 26 of 1979 is hereby amended by adding a definition for Derelict Motor Vehicles to be number 3,74 (a) and this definition shall read: "Derelict Motor Vehicle shall mean a motor vehicle that has no market value as a means of transportation or as art in- strument of husbandry, or is inoperable, and does not have current license plates when required." 2. Section 15.2 of By-law 26 of 1979 is amended by adding thereto the following: "(e) the outdoor keeping or storage of more then one derelict motor vehicle on any lot in any Rural Zone. (f) the outdoor keeping or storage of any derelict motor vehicle in any one other than Rural," 3. That this 8y-low shall come into force and effect oh the date of its passing subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, Read a first and second time this 8th day of April„1980. TOWNSHIP OF BOSANQUET RESTRICTED AREA (ZONING) BY-LAW 21 of 1980 Being a By-law to amend By-law 26 of 1979 Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bosanquet passed a comprehensive Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law on the 18th day of June, 1979; and Whereas objections were received with regard to the extent of the EP zones in the rural areas of the Township; and Whereas Council ,deems if desirable and in the public interest to amend the said By-law; and Whereas this By-law conforms to the Official Plan of the Bosanquet Planning Area as amended; Now therefore, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bosanquet enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" is hereby declared to form part of this By-law. 2. That Schedule "A" to By-law 26 of 1979 is hereby amended by changing the zone symbols that apply to those lands as indicated on Schedule "A" to this By-law from EP to Al, Al to EP, and from EP to A3 respectively. 3. That Section 16.5 of By-law 26 of 1979 be amended by ad- ding the following subsections: "c) Notwithstanding any other provision of By-law 26 of 1979, no building or structure shall be erected within 23 metres from the top of bank of any open drainage ditch or natural watercourse in any tone. d) Notwithstanding any other provision of By-law 26 of 1979, no building or structure shall be erected within 10 metres of the top of a slope with a bank of more than 30 degrees." 4. That this By-law shall come info effect on the date of its passing subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal -Board. Read a first and second time this 21st day of April, 198Q. That Section 14, subsections 14.5, 14.6 and 14.7 of By-law 26 of 1979 be renumbered 14.2, 14.3, and 14,4 respective- ly. 3. That this Bylaw shall come into effect on the date of its passing subject to the approval of the O.M.B. Read a first and second time this 21st day of April, 1980.
