Ontario Municipal Board
In the matter of Section 64 of the Ontario Municipal
Board Act, (R.S.O. 1970, C. 323)
and-
In the matter of an application by The Corporation of
the Township of Tuckersmith for an order approving:
(a) By Law No. 11.1980 a by-law to amend By-Law No.
40.1974 authorizing a debenture issue of $130,000.00 for
a period of twenty years for the acquisition of an
auditorium, arena and swimming pool at the com
munity known as Vanastra.
(b) By•Law No. 40-1974 authorized the levy of such
debentures to be made on all the rateable property in
the Township of Tuckersmith.
(c) Amending By-Law No. 11-1980 if approved would
restrict such levy to the rateable property in the
Hamlet of Vanastra which Hamlet is composed of all
the lands and premises on Registered Plans 22 and 23
in the Registry Division of Huron.
APPOINTMENT FOR HEARING
THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD hereby ap-
points Thursday, the 23rd day of October, 1980, at the
hour of ten o'clock (local time) in the forenoon at the
Vanastra Recreation Centre, Vanastra Park in the
Township of Tuckersmith for the hearing of all persons
who desire to be heard in support of or in opposition to
the application.
If you do not attend and are not represented at this
hearing, the Board may proceed in your absence and
you will not be entitled to any further notice of the
proceedings.
In the event the decision is reserved persons taking
part in the hearing may request a copy of the decision
from the presiding Board Member. Such decision will
be mailed to you when available,

by the contractor during the
renovation project and one
has already pulled away
from the ceiling and others
are in danger of doing the
same thing.
That was the report given
to council this week by
property committee
chairman Lossy Fuller, who
advised that the one had
been repaired and the others
would be checked. The
fixtures were not properly
supported and the cost of
repairing the one that fell
was about $100.
She did not indicate how
many others may be in the
same condition and would
also require repair.

he said all the signs on earth

Bride of Christ, Rev 19:7-9

are to be doing when we love

church. Money is going
toward a fall camp.

a Special Thanksgiving
service, Following the
morning service, a church
dinner will be served, for
which every family is to
bring, a salad and a pie.

Christianview Bible College.
