Hardy, 31, of Lucan, has
been fined $1,000 by the On-
tario Racing Commission
for betting on a horse other
than his own on July 13 at
Clinton.
The bet contravened com-
mission racing rules. His
horse, Gee Dee Parker, an 8-
to-5 co-favorite in the race,
finished fourth.
