A pot luck dinner will
follow the laying of the cor-
ner stone in the new
Lutheran church September
28. Plans for a bazaar to be
held November 5 at the com-
munity hall were discussed.
The card and treat secretary
reported seven cards sent.
A motion was carried to
decorate' the church for
Thanksgiving.

the Dashwood two club was
held Monday evening at the
community hall. The leaders
are Mrs. Ray Rader and

Webster, of Kitchener, Who
was killed in an auto ac-
cident near Woodstock, on
Wednesday, September 10,
1980, in his 26th year.
Also surviving are his wife
Mrs. Jane (Bentley) Web-
ster, of Kitchener, his
mother, Mrs. Carol
Harrington, one brother
Cameron Webster, and
another sister Heather
Webster, all of London, his
father Albert Webster, of St.
Lucia, B.W.I.
Funeral service was
conducted by Rev. C.W.
Seyffert, of Glen Cairn
Baptist church at Needham
Memorial Chapel, London.
Interment followed in
Woodland cemetery.
Donna Baker is spending a
few days in Chatham with
her friend Jodie Brodie.
A successful auction sale
was held last Saturday of the
contents of the Shipka
grocery store.
Sandra and Tony Regier
and children of Detroit,
Nancy Baker, of Kitchener,
Ken & Carol Baker, of
Stratford, all visited during
the weekend with their
