The fire alarm went off on
Monday at was a
call for the assistance of the
Granton Department in
extinguishing a barn fire on
highway 4 north of Clan-
debnYe.
On Monday afternoon
there was a second alarm,
this time to put out afire that
had started'in a wagon load
of straw near the Granton.
