Commandements" was
continued by Rev. Keith
Brown, in Lucan United
Church, Sunday morning,
when he spoke on the second
Commandment, saying "It is
the ordinance of worship or
how God would have us
worship."
The commandment was
not against every form of
art because shortly after,
God gave Moses instructions
for building the Tabernacle
to include golden cherubim
and cherubim should also be
embroidered on the curtains
and still later a brazen
serpent was made so that
any one bitten by a snake
and looking on this serpent

entering into a new life of
which they knew nothing.
After they chose to be free,
they came to the Red Sea

follow Moses was an act of
commitment to him. God
likens this to us with water
baptism.
Water baptism for you and
me is our act of com-

should happen soon after we
make our decision to walk
with God. We must make the
choice - whether we want the
old life or the new life in
Christ.
Water baptism is when we
say to the world that we are
