Special music by the junior
and senior choirs with Miss
McPhail at the organ, Mrs.
Earl Stephen at the piano an
Mr. Fred Steinmetz playing
the flute, Mrs. Osborne sang
a solo.
The May meeting of the
Kirlcton Women's Institute
was held at St. Thomas
Anglican Church in Granton.
This was the Secret Pal
Supper and the ladies of the
church servied a delicious
dinner,
Mrs. Lloyd Hem, Lorrie.

Davis of Exeter visited

Carrying out speaking
engagements as Huron
County Dairy Princess,
Susie Zielman, spoke at
several schools this past
week. Included were Grey
Central school, Ethel,
Brookside Public school,
Dungannon, Turnberry
Central and Wingham public
school, both in Wingham.
On Friday she attended the
Black and White show at
Clinton spring fair, and
presented ribbons to 4-H and.
Holstein show winners.
Personals
Susie Zielman spent the
week end in Kitchener,
singing with the inter-
Mennonite youth choir.
They presented, two
performances, an afternoon
and evening at Rockway
Memorial High School.
Attending the afternoon
choir presentation, were
Susie's parents, Dick and
Annie Zielman, Debbie and
Angie, Gerald Zielman and;
friend Mary Ellen Steckle, of
Zurich and Ruth Zielman
and her fiancee, Wayne
Robson of Essex.
Eleanor Durie and Glenn,
visited last Tuesday, in
Toronto with her mother,
Mrs. Peter Wardlaw.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schatz
and their daughter Mrs. Paul
Klassen, of Garden City,
Michigan, and Mr. Earl
McEwen, of Guelph, called a
day last week to visit their
cousins, Laura and Oscar
Miller.

and Mrs. Cornelius Paetkau,
of Saskatchewan, and
Annie's sister, Susan Janzen,.

wood Community Centre.
Mrs. Doris Sweitzer was a'
guest Sunday at the home of
her foster daughter, Loreen,
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Shaw,
Mark and . Carrie of
Wroxeter. In the morning
they attended the reopening
service of Wingham Baptist
church.
Following the service they
had a surprise birthday
dinner for Doris. Also at-
tending was, Doris' foster
spn, Murray Moore.
Dinner guests, Sunday,
with Gloria and Harvey
Beierling and sons, were her
parents, Howard and Joyce
Adkins, grandparents, Mr.
and Mrs: Henry Adkins,
Jamie Adkins, all of Zurich
area, Mrs. Thelma
Beierling, and Mrs. Pearl
Miller, of Dashwood. The
occasion was a birthday
dinner for Dwight Beierling
on his first birthday.

Sunday here with her
