Sheet shooting, seems to be
off to a slow start this season
in the area but a few shooters
have been turning in
reasonable scores at the
South Huron. Skeet Range on
Highway .85 West of Exeter.
Few shooters have been
able to break 20 or more
targets this year. Tom
Russell had a good day when
he broke 25 straight to
become the second shooter
doing so. Tom used a
Remmington ro 12 gauge
WOW to accomplish the
task.
Bill McNutt stands as the
only shooter to break 50
straight on the field. He
shoots a Winchester Model
101 skeet set and has broken
several 25's in 12, 20, and 20
gauges but has only
managed 24's with the ,410,
Art Barnes seems to be the
next best shooter with a. 23
and several 22's to his credit
while Harrison. Schoch and
Murry Christie run next with
scores of 22 using 12 gauge
