The Junior Choir on
Sunday during the service
sang "The church 'of the
Wildwood". An excellent
number attended. Sunday
School with the older Sunday
School children teaching.
Last few minutes of the
Sunday School there was an
Easter egg hunt.
The flowers in the church
Sunday were placed there by
the family from the funeral
of the late Elmer Lewis.
Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Morley
returned home Saturday
afternoon after spending the
winter months at Lakeland.

Dashwood W,I, was held
Tuesday with the directors
and nominating committee
in charge.
Mrs, Eben Weigand,
president dealt with the
business. Short courses were
discussed and choice
decided. The Institute will
have the May birthday party
at the Blue Water Rest Home
with the committee in
charge, Mrs. Ray Rader,
Mrs. Emil Becker and Mrs.
Earl Keller.
Mrs, Gordon Bender
reported on the Board
'meeting she and Mrs,
Weigand had attended in the
afternoon. Dashwood is in
charge of a display at the
District Annual at Brucefield
United Church May 15. A bus
trip is planned to Milton in
June. Mrs, Ray Rader and
Mrs. Bender are delegates to
the annual with Mrs. Mervyn
Tieman alternate.
Reports were heard from
all conveners, the secretary-
treasurer and president.
Mrs. Syd Baker presided
for. the election of officers
Mrs. Valentine Becker gave
report of the nominating
committee.

Joy the Youth of Zion
Lutheran Church held a
sunrise service Easter
morning at the community ,
centre, songs were sung with
guitar and organ ac-
companiment, Scripture
verses were, read and ex-
plained.
Breakfast of sausages,
juice, hot cross buns, jam
and Easter eggs were ser-
ved. The March 30 meeting
of Zion Lutheran Church
youth was held at the home
of Lou ,Anne Boogemans.
Elizabeth Datars opened
with a prayer.
Practise was held for the
sunrise service. • Jonathan
and Elise Vandeworp were
elected representatives to
the Circuit Committee for
Youth.
Plans were made for the
spring rally to be held in
Goderich.
4-H learn room
personalization
4-H dub no. two of the 4-H
girls held the fifth meeting
Monday. Personalizing your
room using favourite colours
and different textures was
discussed. Accessories such
as wall hangings,collections,
plants and dried flowers can
make a bedroom more in-
teresting.
Advice was given on how
to arrange a group of pic-
tures and how to hang them
properly.
