David King, a graduate of
the Faculty of Music at
U.W.O. rendered a flute solo
"Dance Of The Spirits". The
accompanist was Ted Ross.
Brian Woodburn made the
flower presentation to
organist Evelyn Curts and
Ken Larmer read an address
which concluded with Stuart
Bullock presenting an il-
luminated scroll to the
organist.
David King then favoured
with two vocal solos "In The
Morning" and "The Gift Of
Love".
All recipients expressed
their appreciation to the con-
gregation for their words of
commendation and for the
gifts received.
The organist began her
duties as pianist during the
pastorate of the Rev. C.E.
Beacom in 1939. In 1953 dur-
ing the pastorate of Re
W.C,Smith. Mrs. Ruby Isa.
was elected co-choir lead
with Morley Pollock and
1961. duringthe pastorate
the Rev. A.E. Holley, Mr
Elsi Brophey joined with he
sister in that capacity. Bot
Miss Guns and Ruby Isaa
are continuing to lead in thi
musical life of the congrega
lion.
Following the evening's
ceremonies all present join-
ed in a social hour in the Sun-
day School rooms when the
committees headed by Mrs.
Ron Turner and Mrs.
Harvey Eagleson served
refreshments.

missionary took a course in
Toronto last week and spent
a few days with her cousins
Mr. and Mrs. Ross
Hargreaves. She is
ministering at a two point
charge in Saskatchewan.

meeting and dance Friday
evening at the South Huron
Rec Centre in Exeter. The
Hurondale Women's
Institute, catered ,to the
banquet.
