Remembrance day Amidst the bloody Battle Fields, The wounded men were dying, And now in grave yards filled with peace Their battered souls are lying. And now.we lay aside a day, To think of what they've done That day we pray for every soul, For each and everyone, ' The blood red poppies that we wear, Stand for the flowers that grow, Among, the crosses of the men, Who lay there row on row. The poppies grow in Flan- ders Fields, Amidst the crosses white, A 'symbol of Rembrance Day, To men who went to fight.
