Maximize Income with Accurate
Moisture Testing!
Carrying Case
Grain Dump
Drawer
Any inaccuracy in your grain
moisture test can cost you
money...in spoilage and
dockage for under dried grain
...In loss of weight and
extra fuel in over dried grain.
And if the final result in your
testing Is to be accurate
each step must be accurate.
Precise Sample Weight!
The Dole 400 Moisture Tester
uses a beam balance scale
and a precise 3 or 5 ounce
known weight. Your test
sample is accurately weighed.
Temperature Compensation!
Unless your grain is exactly
80° you must make
compensation. Between 10° F
and 150° the moisture
content of grain can vary by
as much as 8%. The Dole 400
Moisture Tester uses a
wide range temperature
compensating thermometer
to allow you to compensate
accurately.
Reliable Capacitance Testing!
Individual grain kernels vary
in moisture content. The
Dole 400 Moisture Tester uses
electronic capacitance
testing. This method, unlike
other methods, averages the
moisture content of the
combined sample rather than
individual kernels, it produces
a more accurate Indication
of moisture, test after test.
