A recipe for
saving electrici
Don't use an oven full of heat for
just one small item.
If you're doing a roast, turn off the
heat before it's completely cooked. The
remaining heat will finish the job.
When you're baking, avoid peeking—
and keep the heat in.
Pick the element that best fits the
pan so all the heat is used.
To save even more electricity, share
this recipe with a friend.
