September 12 at 8,00 p.m. the Clandeboye Women's Institute will hold their September meeting in the United Church. The meeting will be under the Con- venership of Tweedsmuir History. Chris Andre of the Lamb- ton Heritage Museum will be on hand to show his slides of the History of the Railroads in South Western Ontario. We are asking for donations of all kinds of material for the rag carpet they are weaving at the museum. So bring your old worn out bedsheets, nylons, dresses, (anything that can be cut into strips) to the meeting. Non-Institute members wishing to con- tribute to this, may do so. Anyone in the community, including men that would like to see these historic slides, are welcome to come.
