Miss Brenda Ballantyne and Paul Stewart spoke a few words about camp counselling at Goderich this summer. Robert Hume, superin- tendent of the Sunday School was in charge of the promotion service and Pauline Pym who is secretary-treasurer, handed out the seals. All the Sunday School members walked through an arch decorated with maple leaves and gladiola . Young Peoples class, Mrs. Murray Dawson and Mrs. Floyd Stewart were the teachers last year. Mrs. Dawson is remaining as teacher. The members of the class are David Cunnington, Joyce Cunnington, Larry Dawson, Ruth Bray, Brenda Hodgert, Lee Hodgert, Pauline Pym, Cheryl Stewart. Donna Stewart, Lori Lynn Stewart, Paul Stewart. Those graduating from the intermediate class to the the Young Peoples class were Gerald Cunnington, Alan Hodgert, Pat Hodgert, Scott Hodgert, Michael Stewart. Those still in the in- termediate class Jeff Borland, Brent Dawson, Dennis Pym. Mrs. Glen Lamport and Mr. Paul Passmore were the teachers. Julie Lamport graduated to intermediate from the junior class. Those in junior class are Brad Borland, Barry Cun- nington, Steve Pym. The teachers were Mrs. Barry Jeffery and Mrs. Gerry Morgan. Those graduatimg to the junior class from the primary class were Wendy Ballantyne and Michael Jeffery. Mrs. John Pym will be the teacher. Those in the primary class are Greg Lamport, Danny Rohde, Jeff Rowe. The teachers were and are Mrs. Rick Parker and Mrs. David Passmore. Graduating from kindergarten to primary are Deanne Ballantyne, Robbie Passmore, Tom Passmore and Jayne Rowe. Kindergarten teachers were and are Mrs. Lorne Ballantyne and Miss Agnes Bray. Those in this class are Cheryl Ballantyne, Carl Hume, Patrick Jeffery, Lisa Kernick, Jon Passmore, Tonya Riehl, Karen Rohde, Tammy Rohde. Diploma were given to Jon Passmore, and Tammy Roh- de. Mr. Gerry Holland, Stratford, co- ordinator of the Boat People in this area will be guest speaker. Personals Miss Sylvia Stewart left Monday for Calgary where she is employed. Brian Ballantyne, James Ballantyne, Ruth Bray, Brenda Hodgert, Donna Stewart started their studies at Fanshawe College London on Tuesday. Miss Brenda Ballantyne started her studies at Humber College Toronto, Tuesday. Miss Laurel Hodgert started her studies at St. Catharines, Tuesday. Miss Elaine Stewart is working with the develop- mental association for the Mentally Retarded in London. Miss Lori Lynn Stewart left recently for Nova Scotia where she is with the Katimavik program. Miss Pauline Pym com- menced her studies at Mohawk College Hamilton, Tuesday. Miss Sandra Stewart who graduated in June from Georgia College Barrie has been and is employed at the College. Miss Diane Hodgert is employed at Niagara Falls. Mrs. Ken Brazier of Brantford, Mrs. Case de Mooy of London Mrs, Rick Mellenger and Alicia of Hensall spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Passmore. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Leary, Chatham and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Paris, Mitchell were Sunday guests with Mr. and Mrs. Ross Hodgert. Mr. and Mrs. William Roh- de were Sunday supper guests with Rev. They visited the Brox Shopping Centre, toured the Mennonite Country and had lunch at the Stone Crock restaurant. They saw the covered bridge at Montrose. Elora Gorge and Woodland cemetery at Kitchener where the German prisoners of war are buried, also the Rockway flowers at Kit- chener followed by supper at Fairview Mall and home.
