Playhouse Thursday evening

London has just returned
from a five week tour of
England, Wales, Ireland,
and Scotland and is visiting
for a few days with her
parents Mr. and Mrs.
Howard Hodgson and
Murray.
Elginfield were Saturday
visitors with Mr, and Mrs.
Rupert Williams. The
children stayed for a holiday
with their grandparents.
Mr, and Mrs. Gerald Lynn
and family, Mr. and Mrs.
Ralph Lynn and family, Mr.
and Mrs. Joe Cunningham
and girls attended a Lynn
family reunion on Sunday at
the home of Clarise and
Harry Hern of Zion, in
honour of Nancy Hern who
recently graduated as a
Registered Nurse from
Fanshawe' College, Victoria
Campus.
Cheryl Lynn returned
home Sunday after spending
a week with Debbie Hughes
and family at Ipperwash.
Services at Clandeboye
United Church will be with-
drawn next Sunday, Sep-
tember 2 due to Decoration
and Memorial Service at St.
James Cemetery. Services
will resume September 9.

Young of Lucan. This oc-
casion was planned for June
24 but due to Mr. Young's
illness had to be postponed.
During the afternoon and
evening, family, friends and
neighbours called to offer
their "congratulations" and
"best wishes."

THE ANNUAL MUNICIPAL
ENUMERATION
STARTS NEXT WEEK
The annual municipal enumeration will begin on Tuesday, September
4, 1979. During this month, an enumerator, carrying a proper identifica-
tion card, will call at your residence for a few minutes to check basic
information required in determining:
• the allocation of education property taxes between the public and
separate school systems;
• the distribution of provincial grants to local governments to help
reduce local tax bills;
• the preparation of jurors' lists; and
• population'information needed for other municipal programs.
The enumerator must record such information as the name, age,
property status (e.g. owner or tenant), school support and residency of
all members of the household.
When the enumerator visits, please check that the information on
the Enumeration Notice is correct. If it is not, revise it and verify the
changes.
If you are not home, a Notice will be left for you, If changes are
necessary, please make them and mail the Enumeration Notice, as
soon as possible, in the self addressed postage prepaid envelope
accompanying the Notice. For any additional information, please
contact the local assessment office.
