GRANTON
The Granton "Fun Day"
sponsored by the Lion's Club
this year was a great sue-
cess. The weather tho quite
warm, was ideal for such an
event.
Starting with a Grand
Parade, to music provided
by the Shriner's band of
London, the parade with its
many floats, push and pull
vehicles, a double decker
bus, an old steam engine, not
to mention, a goat being
driven in a cart, a team of
mules, horses and riders,
and even a piglet following
its owner,without evena lead .
The judges for the various
entries were Jim Weir of
C.F.P.L London, and Peter
