The Recreation Facility Supervisor will work closely with community and vol- unteer organizations to develop and implement related sport recreation and leisure programs. QUALIFICATIONS should include knowledge and skills in recreation facili- ties management acquired through a Community College diploma program, or an Ontario Recreation Facilities Association certification as a Registered Recreation Facilities Manager (RRFM), or Certified Ice Technician (CIT). The successful candidate must process organizational, supervisory skills,, and the ability to work in a fast -paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, writ- ten and verbal skills are also required. The successful candidate will be required to work varied hours, day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends as per regular schedules, tournaments and special events. This is a full-time management position with a salary between $23.18 - $26.88 per hour with an attractive benefit package.
