Livestock for the week ending July
27 were 1,724 head of cattle, 813
lambs and goats.
On Tuesday the fed steers and
heifers sold $2 lower. Choice steers
and heifers sold $94 to $97 with
sales to $107.50. Second cut sold
$91 to $94. Cows sold steady. On
Thursday veal sold on a steady
market. Lambs sold on a steady
active trade. Sheep and goats sold
steady. On Friday calves and
yearlings sold on a steady market.
There were 345 steers on offer. M-

steers averaging 1,454 lbs. selling
for an average of $98.74 with one
gold steer weighing 1,500 lbs.
