Lloyd Elgin “Thunder”
Josling of RR1,
Londesborough passed away
at Clinton Public Hospital on
Thursday, March 1, 2007. He
was in his 62nd year.
Lloyd was born on March
18, 1945 in Clinton, Ontario
son of the late Elgin and
Gladys (Mountain) Josling.
He was the dear brother of
Eilleen Jefferson of Auburn,
Marie and Sandy Tomlinson
of Kitchener, Neil and Elaine
Josling of Clinton, Ken
Josling of RR1,
Londesborough, Paul and
Dianne Josling of Blyth and
Betty and James Cleland of
Bristow, Virginia. Lloyd is
also survived by several
nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one
brother-in-law Wesley
Jefferson and by nephews
Barry and Brian Jefferson.
Friends were received at the
Falconer Funeral Homes Ltd.

Monday, March 5 at 11 a.m.

Cemetery.

Laura Eileen (Hislop)
(Sanderson) Marks, of RR2
Wroxeter, passed away
peacefully at Stratford
General Hospital, on Monday,
Feb. 26, 2007. Born in
Howick Twp. on June 23,
1911, Eileen was in her 96th
year.
Eileen was the loved wife
of the late Clifford Marks and
was predeceased by her first
husband Ross Sanderson and
her children Elaine Poirier
and Wayne Sanderson.
She leaves to mourn her
passing her step-children
David Marks and wife Alice,
Stanley Marks, Dorothy
Powell and husband Tom,
Edith Wilkins and husband
James, Millie Phieffer and
husband Lloyd, son-in-law
Adrien Poirier, several
grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.
Eileen was predeceased by
sisters Annie, Evie, Gertie and
Leila and brothers Lawrence
and George.Friends were received bythe family from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9p.m. on Friday, March 2 from
the Gorrie Visitation Centre of
the Schimanski Family
Funeral Home, where the
service was conducted on
Saturday, March 3 at 1:30
p.m. with Rev. Jeff Hawkins
of Wroxeter United Church
officiating. As a tribute to
Eileen, Rev. Hawkins sang
How Great Thou Art,
accompianied by Grace Jutzi
at the piano.
Pallbearers were Gordon
Adams, Ray Berg, Helmut
Worner, Dale Hart, David
Marks, and Jamie Sanderson
with Dewey Adams as an
honorary pallbearer.
Spring interment will be in
Wroxeter Cemetery.

D. Everett Scrimgeour of
Blyth passed away peacefully
at Seaforth Manor on
Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007. He
was in his 88th year.
Everett was born on Aug.
12, 1919 in Clinton, Ontario,
son of the late Lorne
Alexander and Emma
(Garner) Scrimgeour. He was
the beloved husband of the
late Leona (Benninger)
Scrimgeour (1982). Everett
was the loving father of
Douglas Scrimgeour andDiane Radford and Donaldand Lenore Scrimgeour all ofBlyth. He was loved and will
be sadly missed by his five
grandchildren Richard and
Christine Scrimgeour,
Rhonda and Pat Bruxer,
Kevin Scrimgeour, Brent and
Janet Scrimgeour and Heidi
and Gerry Bontaine, nine
great-grandchildren and one
great-great-grandson.
He was the dear bother and
brother-in-law of Margaret
Marks of Windsor and
Lorraine Oliver of London.
Everett was predeceased by
one great-granddaughter
Ainsleigh Bontaine, two
sisters Hazel Baxter and
Verne Dakin and three
brothers Frank, Clifford and
Murray Scrimgeour.

Larry was born on June 12,
1941 in Clinton. He was the
beloved husband of the late
Barbara Jean (Holland)
Walsh, who predeceased him
in 2002. He was the
cherished father of Susan
Walsh and her husband
Rodney Dobson of RR 5,
Clinton. Larry was loved and
will be sadly missed by his
two granddaughters Kaylie
and Marissa Dobson.
He was the dear son of
Audrey Walsh of Seaforth and
dear brother and brother-in-
law of Ron and Doreen Walsh
of North Bay, Marlene and
Daniel Burns of Mississauga
and Valerie and HowardMcKay of Barrie. Larry wasalso survived by severalnieces and nephews. He was
the special nephew of Olive
Heels of Seaforth.
He was predeceased by his
father Benjamin Walsh in
1973 and by one brother
Steven Walsh in 2000.
