or coke within the Municipal Corpora-
tion of the Town of Wingham and for
revoking or suspending the License of
any such dealer.
WHEREAS it is deemed- expedient
that a By-Law should be passed„mr-
suant to the Statute providing far
same, licensing, regulating and govern-
ing dealers in coal and coke within the
Corporation of the Town of Wingham.
THEREFORE the Council of the
,Municipal Corporation of the Town of
Wingham enacts as follows:
1, No dealer, whether corporate or
otherwise, or persons, by themselves or
their employees, agents, canvassers or
solicitors, shall take orders for dr de-
liver coal or coke within the Municipal-
ity of the Town of Wingbain without
first obtaining a License for so doing

2. The fee for such License shall be
