LADIES LOSE
TO KINCARDINE
Invading the local campus here on
Thursday evening, the Kincardine
Lakesiders outclassed the local girls,
19-3 in a Ladies W 0 A A postponed
game. The Kincardine nine, presented
a well balanced team both at bat and
in the field and the locals were up
against a more experienced club, as
several of the old timers still grace the
team. Despite the fact the Wingham
girls are a younger club and less ex,
perienced, they gave their best and went
down fighting. For Kincardine, Mac.
Donald was the leading slugger with
four hits including a homer and a trip.
le, Beatrice MacDonald and ,MtGee
looked good for the locals. Mention
might be made of Miss Robden who
made two spectacular catches in cen-
tre field,
