During the seven months since the
organization of Wroxeter Community
Club much has been accomplished.
New plans for the coming year were
discussed and future entertainment
planned. Through the generous offer
of Mr. R. 13, Hunter, future meetings
will be held in the bank, the first on
the evening of May 16th. If you live
in Wroxeter or Community and are
interested in the work of the Assoc-
iation you are a member, There is no
merribership fee, and the group are ht..
terested only in civic improvement, and
making ours a better community in
which to live. Any such movement
deserves the whole-hearted support of
every citizen,
The maple, syrup making is over for
another season and farmers in this dis-
trict report a very good run. One
farmer enjoyed a thrill of having deer
on two occasions come close • to the
camp, being frightened away by' the
barking of the dog. An added Memory
for lovers of nature was the morning
last week in which the trees in the
woods were loaded with snow and
hoar-frost, making the woods appear
like a winter wonderland.
