The discussion was Can the World Be Fed. 'It was thought we should be able to handle this'roblem if we, had the full co-op- eration of the people of Canada. We didn't see any need of rationing after the postwar emergencies were over. After the discussion we bad as our guest speaker, Mr. K J. Scott, Direct- or for the Federation of Ontario. He pointed out to us the need of an Inter- national Organization how this would help the export marketing. Also told us Colonel Kennedy promised them he would not remove the subsidies without a year's warning.
