The Superintendent,. Mrs, Har- vey Robertson, conducted the service its prepared by the Board of Sabbath schools. The old testament, scripture, psalm 19: '7-14 was read by Ross Gray and Margaret Messer read the new Testa- ment lesson from 2nd. Timothy. The address on the subject, "The Bible in the Home" was given by the minister, Rev. I?, G. Fowler. Music was rendered by a junior choir assist- ed by members of the senior choir with Mrs. Raymond Elliott presiding at the organ. The regular service will be withdrawn next Sunday on account of the Anniversary services at Eadies Church, `Ebenezer Marks 76th Anniversary Large congregations assembled at Ebenezer United church on Sunday, to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the church. Rev. G. Howes of Ashfield, the guest speaker, delivered two fine ser- mons in keeping with the occasion. Special music was rendered by the Bluevale choir at the morning service and in the evening the choir from the United church at Belgrave led 'the service of song. The regular service at Bluevale was withdrawn. Reie C. Taverner had charge of the services at the Ashfield circuit.
