This was followed by a represen- tative from each class placing a poppy on a cross situated on the stage. A hymn "Let There be Peace on Earth" was sung by Grades Four to Eight with Mrs. Huether providing the accompani- ment. A film "The Gift" which was provided by the Brussels Canadian Legion was then shown. Mr. Stewart Lowe was a great help in obtaining the poppies and the film. The program was brought to a close with the singing of "God Save the Queen" accompanied by Brenda Ten Pas..
