COCHRANE Director 21-61-1 Name Huron board By Wilma Oke The recently incorporated Town and Country Home- makers organization elected a nine-member board of directors at an inaugural meeting in Clinton Wednesday. The association began operating a year ago with a Canada Works grant under the direction of a steering committee. Betty Cardno, of Seaforth, Huron Home Care Administrator, was named chairman and Catherine Walsh of Goderich, Director of Public Health Nurses of Huron County Health Unit, was named secretary. A nine-member board was named as well. A former homemaker, Jean Young of Teeswater, was hired as the adminis- trator placement officer, with an office in Wingham .
