The original concept be- hind the match was com- petition between plowmen. Today the plowing match has expanded to include bands and parades, antique and historic displays, county ex- hibits, dernonstrations—farm .equipment dealers will be demonstrating what their machinery can .do. There will Also be the cooking and fashion demonstrations and much more, according to Raymond Scotchmer, publicity chairman: The plowing match was ..held in York County near Toronto.
