The rain didn't stop the
Brussels Bombers from play-
ing ball and their loyal fans
stayed and cheered them on
to victory. The score was
•10-10 after seven complete
innings. It took three more
innings to finally break the
tie. A triple by Pam "Babe"
Clark followed. by a ground
at the Wellesley batters.
The team decided that Pat
"Jaws" Langlois was the
extra lift needed for the
Bombers to win.
This win advances the
Bombers to the- semi-finals
by putting Wellesley out 2
games to one. The Bombers
hope to see their loyal fans at
the next game, rain or shine.

The Bombers were all
asleep in the third inning

"Jaws" Langlois which
shook the Wellesley team
and woke the Bombers up.
When Pat "Jaws" Lang-
lois changed positions to
catcher, her personality
changed too. She went from
a nervous quiet pitcher to ,a
relaxed noisy catcher. Her
