Thirty-four charges were laid under the Highway Traffic Act and thirty-one warnings were issued. Seven charges were laid under the Liquor Licence Act. Three charges were laid under the Criminal Code. During the week, there were two motor vehicle collisions which caused an estimated $4,000.00 in property damage. One' person was fatally injured. On Saturday, April 29, James P. McGlynn of Wingham, was fatally injured in a single car accident on highway 4, north of concession road 10-11, East Wawanosh Township. Mr. McGlynn was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
