Melville hears trip to Holy Land A large attendance of members Melville Guild gathered in the church parlour April '18 when Valerie Shortreed opened the meeting and Winnifred Edgar lead in prayer. Following thescripture reading taken from Matthew 5, Judy Shortreed read poem entitled "Ten Little Christians." Mrs. Edgar introduced guest Mrs. Margaret Kelly who took members on her recent "Pilgrimage to the Holy Land." She commenced with her reasons for wanting to gu to the Holy land, because it was Easter Time and to "Walk in the Foot Steps of Jesus".
