puppies on February 16. This is Lady's first litter. She originally had 12 puppies but
she laid On one of them. Lady belongs to Tony and Dorothy Wiederman and their
family of RR4, Walton. With the dog is Debbie Wiederman.

Brussels Friendship Club met
in the Legion Hall March 22 with
a good attendance.. Ed., Martin
presided and Verna Thomas was
at the piano. Don McDonald sang
five numbers: "Old Rugged
Cross", "Dear Hearts",
"Roamin in the Gloamin",
"Galway Bay", and "How Great
Thou. Art". Lyle Hood played two
numbers on the electric guitar
followed by a reading by Fred
Thuell. Ed. Martin had a
humorous story to pass on to the
audience and Donelda Stiles
played several numbers on the
piano. The minutes read by
Gertrude Bolger, were adopted
on motion by F. Thuell and Mel.
Jacklin.
An invitation to the syrup
Festival at Belmore was read by
the secretary and the spring rally
Correction
The building which collapsed in
Brussels last week and was
pictured in the Post is not the
former Export Packers building
but the former Ball Auctions
building. Brussels council is
seeking an injunction to allow
both buildings to be torn down
and the Post got the two
confused. The Post apologizes for
the error.

Easter Sunday visitors with Mr.
and Mrs. Ivan Campbell were Mr.
and Mrs. George Campbell of
Scaforth and Mr. and Mrs.
Morris Campbell and family
Misses Brenda McCutcheon
and Julie Campbell flew to North
Palm Beach, Florida to holiday
with Mr. Roy Cousins, and they
will all return home this week
