Mrs. Lucy Ballantyne, R.R.3, Stratford, and Mrs. Alex Drummond, Monkton visited Mrs. MaC Engel. Mr. and Mrs. Doug Chubb spent the weekend in Chatham and London. Cranbrook W.I met at Mrs. Clem Steffler's home for the January meeting. Our meetings for Jan., Feb. and March will be held at 1:30 n.rn, rather than in the evening. The minutes meetings were approved. The senior short course "Personalize Your Pattern" is available to our group with training schools set for February. Some expressed interest and we talked of joining with another group. The president will see if there is another W.I.group we Might join. Arlene Strickler *and Nancy Vanass are the leaders for the upcoming 4-H club. If' a second • club is required Rosemary Terpstra and Marion Terpstra would lead it. Marilyln Engel, Jean Conley and Jean Veitch were appointed to consult other groups about prices currently being charged for catering, so we may discuss this at the February meeting. Following a discussion about the Remembrance Day wreath our group decided that we would be in favour of making a donation to the poppy fund' rather than 'laying a wreath if that was agreeable with the Brussels, Ethel and Walton groups., Yvonne ...Knight- will find ii'ut theieeling the other Mrs. hart presented a treasurer's report.
