year's match will be a
demonstration of the Solar
Heating System that Mr. and
Mrs. Allan Walper use to heat
.their home.
The 50 anniversary, of the
Huron Plowmen's Association
will be celebrated on the evening -
of October 20, 1977, with 'a
banquet, awards night and dance

The market at Brussels Stock-
yards was very active on Friday
with a heavy supply of steers. and
pigs. A light offering of heifers
sold steady with no choice heavy
ones on offer. There were 1130
cattle and 2072 pigs sold.

with sales to $47.75.
Good steers $43.00 to ...$45.00.-

1230 lbs. topped the market at
$47175 with their lot of 15 steers
averaging 1183 lbs. selling for.

farms near Wingham, September
26-30, 1978, are progressing on
schedule, Committees for the
many activities associated with
this large agricultural endeavour
are actively involved in
organizing arrangements to host
a record-breaking event in 1978.
