Club held a very successful open
horse show Sunday, August 14 at
the Seaforth Fair Grounds. The
Show was judged by Mrs. Ann
Jones of St. Annes, Ontario.
Show organizers said they
appreciate those who helped in
any way -- by watching,
participating, sponsoring a class,
or working at the show. •
There were over 80 horses on
the grounds, and over 100
speCtators came out to watch the
events.

Stockyards Friday was steady to 60 to'70 lbs pigs to 53.75.
the cek's decline. Steers trade
50 cents to $1.00 lower. Heifers
were steady. All weights of pigs
sold higher. There were 903, cattle
and 1092 pigs on offer.
Choice Steers-44.00 to 46.00
with sales to 46.40.
Good Steers-43.00 to 44.00
