visited them during the weekend, institute members are
reminded of their June meeting
next Wednesday evening when a
special evening is being planned
by Mrs. Ruth Axtmann, 4.H
girls, their leaders and also
mothers are to be guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Allan McCall,
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Stevenson,
Ronald and Christopher visited on
Sunday in Hamilton with Mrs. W,
H. Currie and Mr. and Mrs,
Warren Currie, Douglas, Heather
and Tommy.
Fun Day will be held this
coming Sunday for the Mission
Band members. They are
reminded to bring in their mite
boxes.
Sunday visitors with Mrs. Jean
Broadfoot were: Mr. and Mrs.
Malcolm Dougal of Exeter; Mt.
and Mrs. David Allison of
London.
Mr. and Mfs. Fred Rutledge of
Ottawa spent the weekend with
the former's mother, Mrs. Gertie
Bennett.

The cutlines under a picture of
Decoration Sunday that appeared
on page 12 of last week's Post
named the Masons as one of the
three groups that took part in the
ceremonies. In fact, it was the
Oddfellows who, along with the
Legion Pipe Band and Rebekahs,
marked the occasion. The Post
apologizes for any confusion the

Thursday afternoon the Spring
Concert of the Walton Public
School was held at the community
hall with a full house of parents,

square dance and did an operetta

piano.
Grade onel, put on the operetta,
"A Family of Fish" under the
direction of their teacher, Mrs
Roy Alcock.
Grade two put on the play,
"Danby" in opera and play, their
teacher is Mrs. Don Pletch. This
was followed by Grade three
doing their play "Visit from
Robot".
